Lucy

Lucy is a Fallen angel. Once an Authority, she fell after abusing her powers.

see, in my version of the angelic hierarchy, Angels, like Gabriella ([link]) are humans who have committed suicide and then been given a second chance at life by becoming an Angel. In their angelic form, the bandages are tied to the place on their body connected with their deaths. the intention behind their deaths also determines which choir the angel fall in. If an Angel abuses the power given to them, they fall, the bandages becoming burnt away, left blackened and fragile like lace.

I'm quite happy with this picture. I did most of it fairly quickly, and I played around a bit more with the tools and the colours I used.

PS. she's not named Lucy after Lucifer, at least, not entirely - it also is in reference to Lucy from "Dracula".
